Reporting a wrong rate
The quickest way for us to check a mistake is to see what you are comparing. Please send:
- The link to our page.
- What looks wrong: the rate, the type of property, the zone, the survey or CTS number, or the area name.
- Where you saw the official figure, with the state, district, village or area, zone and year. A screenshot is fine.
We check every report against the official list. If we got it wrong, we fix the page and let you know.
Can't find your area?
Government lists often use old village names, so your area may be listed under a different name. Try a nearby landmark or the village name from your sale deed in the search box. If you still can't find it, send us the district, the area name and any other name it goes by, and we will look into it.
If your state is not on CircleRate yet, tell us which one you need. We are adding states one by one, and requests help us decide which to take up next.
What we can't help with
There are some things we can't do. We can't value a particular property, deal with a stamp duty notice or give legal or tax advice. For those, the Sub-Registrar office, a registered valuer, a lawyer or a chartered accountant is the right person to ask.
Please don't send sale deeds, ID proof or bank details. We never need them to check a rate.
