Where the 7% rate applies in Pune

The 7% rate is for property inside the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) and the Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation (PCMC). That covers areas such as Kothrud, Aundh, Kharadi and Hadapsar in PMC, and Pimpri, Chinchwad and Pimple Saudagar in PCMC.

Many fast-growing areas around the city are outside both corporations, under a council or a gram panchayat. Stamp duty there can be different, so confirm the rate with the Sub-Registrar office before you pay. Ready Reckoner rate for every zone is on our Pune Ready Reckoner rates page.
